Carseldine Village

Sustainable, innovative homes being built by two Queensland builders are saving residents up to $1600 on electricity bills per year and benefiting the environment.

The brand new terrace homes at Carseldine Village, being built by Thompson Sustainable Homes and Vantage Homes, are energy efficient with a range of innovative inclusions.

The homes include solar PV and battery storage systems, as well as heat pump hot water systems as standard inclusions for home buyers — and the homes will be electric-vehicle charger ready.

The first 53 terrace homes will be built next year, supporting 50 construction jobs.

You can find out about the home innovations here.
